Here’s an opportunity to tell key world leaders and policy makers attending an international Conference on jobs and growth how the global employment crisis has affected you. On 13 September, the best videos will be shown to these world leaders, including heads of government, the heads of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and a host of the world’s leading experts on economics, labour markets and the workplace. If you want your story to be considered, here’s how to go about it

Your story

Your video should tell people, in your own words and with pictures, how the economic and employment crisis has affected you. Have you lost your job? Or have you been affected in some other way? How has your life changed? What has happened to your family and friends? Is your working life better or worse than it was two years ago? If you have a story to tell, we’re ready to watch and listen. Just make sure you Include your name and the phrase “How the jobs crisis has affected me” (e.g. “John Smith – How the jobs crisis has affected me”) in the title. Videos must be your original work. This story is about you.
